- Hiramasa Tataki - Seared Amberjack served with a citrus soy vinaigrette, and garlic chips.
- Deep Fried Mini Crabs - Served with matcha, shrimp and sea salt.
- Grilled Sanma - Grilled Pacific Saury from Osaka Japan, served with ponzu dipping sauce.
