This weekends wild fish features:

Appetizers: 

  • Hirame (Flounder Carpaccio) - Thinly sliced wild Flounder served with a yuzu miso dressing, radish, spring mix, and tomatoes.
  • Katsuo (Skipjack Tuna) Tataki - Wild seared Skipjack Tuna topped with garlic chips and a citrus soy vinaigrette.
  • Wagyu Beef Tataki - Seared AAAA Wagyu Beef topped with garlic chips, cilantro, and a citrus soy vinaigrette.

Sushi & Sashimi:

  • Hirame - Flounder
  • Katsuo - Bonito, Skipjack Tuna
