We are delighted to announce the return of our exclusive Kaiseki dinner — a singular dining experience for those who seek the finest in culinary craftsmanship.

Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese multi-course dining experience guided by the seasons. Each course is carefully composed using refined techniques to highlight the natural flavour, texture, and beauty of seasonal ingredients. The experience is designed to be balanced, intentional, and immersive, engaging all senses through simplicity and precision.

For this special summer edition, Sukiyaki House presents SHUN, a curated kaiseki experience in collaboration with Chef Koji Kobayashi and Chef Takao Tokohira. Guests will be guided through a progression of seasonal dishes that reflect the peak expression of summer ingredients.

Dinner starts at 6pm and will last approximately 3 hours.
$180/seat*

Renowned for his refined kaiseki sensibilities, Chef Koji Kobayashi and team will present a seasonally inspired tasting menu that celebrates precision, artistry, and the fleeting beauty of fresh ingredients. The evening begins with an elegant progression of small plates, highlighting the flavors of spring, followed by a tableside nigiri presentation featuring pristine seafood flown in directly from Japan.

Each dish is an expression of harmony, technique, and restraint—crafted to surprise and delight even the most discerning palate.

Seating are available at 5:30pm and 8:00pm
$180/seat*
