- Hamachi Kama - Fried Hamachi Kama (Yellowtail cheek) served with fried potatoes.
- Wagyu Beef Tataki - Seared AAAA Wagyu Beef topped with garlic chips, cilantro, and a citrus soy vinaigrette.
