We are proud to announce the return of our kaiseki dinners, coming on Saturday, June 04, 2022. Known as 'kaiseki' - a traditional fine-dining, multi-course meal which focuses on simplicity and seasonality to best showcase the natural flavours of the produce. Chefs use local ingredients which represent the seasons, presented in a way that is beautiful but purposeful; where each course uses a different cooking technique (ex. soup, appetizer, grilled course, steamed course, among many others). Koji Kobayashi has spent a decade long perfecting this craft in Osaka and will bring a taste of Japan's summer here to Calgary’s own Sukiyaki House.
